Early Interventionist/Infant-Toddler Specialist

 

Job Description:

Early Interventionists perform a variety of professional level duties related to the assessment, planning, direct service, and documentation of the needs and progress of children eligible for services with K.I.D.S.

 

Level Of Education:

A Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas:

 

Education Categories: 

Early Childhood

Special Education

Early Childhood Special Education, or

Elementary Education

 

Other:

Child/Human Development

Family and Consumer Sciences

Psychology

Public Health

Social Work

Sociology

 

And:

(REQUIRED) At least one year of experience in the field of early intervention or early childhood education,

 

(PREFERRED) At least one year of experience with South Carolina's BabyNet Early Intervention Program.
